@Nagesh1111, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding MS Office!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand that you are unable to access Microsoft Office 365 applications on your HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0087tu. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.

Check Your Office 365 Subscription Status

If your Office 365 subscription was included as a trial version or a limited-time license, it may have expired. To check your subscription status:

  1. Open any web browser and go to Microsoft Account.
  2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that was used to activate Office 365.
  3. Under Subscriptions, check if your Office 365 license is still active.

If your subscription has expired, you may need to renew it or purchase a new license.

Sign Out and Sign Back Into Office

  1. Open any Office application (such as Word or Excel).
  2. Click on your profile icon (top-right corner) and select Sign out.
  3. Close all Office applications and restart your computer.
  4. Open any Office application again and sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your license.

 I hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
