@Projjal, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're unable to access the pre-installed Microsoft Office 2019 on your HP laptop after performing a hard disk recovery. I’ll guide you through the steps to restore it.
Check for a Digital License
Most HP laptops come with a digital license for Office 2019 (Home & Student or Home & Business). This license is tied to your Microsoft account, not the device.
Sign in to Microsoft Account
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the Microsoft account you used to activate Office originally.
- Look for Office 2019 under “Services & Subscriptions.”
- If listed, click Install to download and reinstall Office.
Use the Office Product Key (if available)
- If your laptop came with a product key card, you can redeem it at https://setup.office.com.
- If you’ve already redeemed it, the key is linked to your Microsoft account.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
