Microsoft Windows 11

I got free Microsoft Office Home & Student with my HP Pavilion (HP i7 10750H) laptop. But unfortunately, it was uninstalled. How can I re-install the MS Office Home & Student.

@MS_Office, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you received Microsoft Office Home & Student with your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop, but it has been uninstalled, you can usually reinstall it by following these steps:

Check Your HP Documentation:

  • Since Microsoft Office Home & Student might have been provided as part of the package, check any documentation or manuals that came with your laptop for instructions on redeeming or reinstalling the software.

Find Your Product Key:

  • Look for the Office product key or a digital entitlement that may have been included with your purchase. This could be on a card or paper insert in the original box or documentation. If you cannot find it, you may need to contact HP or the seller to assist you.

Locate Installation Media:

  • If your laptop included installation media for Microsoft Office Home & Student, use that to reinstall the software.

Online Installation:

  • Visit the Microsoft Office official website and sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your Office purchase. You can generally download and reinstall Office from there if your account is registered as having the entitlement.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
