HP i5 windows 10
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

purchased recently preinstalled windows 10/ MS office . now MS office is asking  me to activate . Unable to activate the same by giving my personal "OUTLOOK" e mail id . please suggest .

it was clearly mentioned by HP while purchase " windows home and MS office were installed and " do not forget to activate "

I strongly feel it may not be a free trial version.

please suggest asap.

First off, the version included preloaded is generally the trial version -- and since that expires, it can NOT be activated.

If you purchased Office included with the HP, then you should have received an activation code from HP.  We have no access to those, so you would have to contact HP Customer Support directly to sort this out.
