We purchase above HP laptop with windows 11 and MS office 2021 student edition. We are unable to activate MS office because we could not receive product key for activation. No body from HP is responding for two days. In this regard, suggest us to solve the issue else, send us product key.

If you are encountering issues activating MS Office 2021 on your HP laptop and you did not receive the product key, there are several steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Check Product Packaging: Sometimes, the product key is included either on a card inside the packaging or on a sticker attached to the box. Look thoroughly within your laptop's packaging.

Email Confirmation: If you purchased the laptop online, the product key might have been sent to you via email. Check your inbox for any emails from HP or the retailer.

Microsoft Account:

  • Go to Microsoft Account Page and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  • Check the "Services & Subscriptions" section to see if your Office product key is listed there.

HP Support: Since HP has not responded for a couple of days, you could:

  • Visit the HP Support Page for more options to contact them, including chat and phone support.
  • Use the Help and Support Center on your laptop by clicking Start > Help and Support.

Activation Troubleshooter: Microsoft has tools for resolving activation issues. Visit the Microsoft Activation Troubleshooter for assistance.

Digital License: Since all HP computers shipped with Windows 11 activate automatically when connected to the internet, ensure your system is connected to the internet and try the activation again. For detailed steps on activating Windows, please refer to the HP PCs - Windows 11 Product Activation Guide.

Here is a brief guide on entering a Windows product key:

  • Press Windows key + i to open the System window.
  • Click Activation.
  • Next to Change product key, click Change.

If all these steps fail, contacting Microsoft Support directly might be another viable option for resolving this issue.
