AMD A9-9420
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I  purchased brand new hp AMD A9-9420 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G  3.00 GHz  for study purposes however after a year it has gone really slow. it freezes all the time and takes forever to run google chrome and other apps.  

 

someone please advise. any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Can you tell me what amount of ram do you have and here are some basic troubleshooting solutions to this like:

 

1. Just try cleaning you cooling fan as it might have clogged over a period of time an your CPU might be overheating and lagging performance.

 

2. Just open Command Prompt as administrator and run sfc /scannow as there might be corrupted registry files and this will fix it.

 

3. Also check for any viruses in your computer or notebook as it may also slow down the performance of your computer/notebook.
