After deleting MacAfee noticeable 5A894077 Comes up  I used the MacAfee deleting tool this has not helped.

This could occur if there are McAfee files present in your computer.

Use the McAfee uninstall tool:

Refer to the link below and follow Option 2 for instructions on how to uninstall

The below note is from McAfee:

 

IMPORTANT: If your McAfee app came preinstalled on your PC, you must activate your subscription before you remove your app.
If you don't, you might need to buy a new subscription before you can use your app when you reinstall it.
