Machine error check after the windows update on the envy 15-j002er

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Even after i downgraded to the 1511 and reset BIOS settings, the problem has not been solved. Which operating system is the best for my PC? Also the webcamera is not working, the system is not even see it. Can drivers of the webcam cause it? 
I cant even turn on my laptop - it lights the "blue screen of death" with machine error check. What should i do?
