The 4th character of the serial number is the year of manufacture (0 - 9)
The 5th and 6th characters are the week of manufacture (01 - 52).
Since the 4th character in your notebook's serial number is a '2', it could have been manufactured in 1992, 2002, 2012, or 2022.
The part surfer database shows two PC's that have the same serial number:
A HP 15t-eg200 CTO that was manufactured during the week of October 17 - October 23, 2022.
A HP g4-2235dx that was manufactured during the week of October 15 - October 21, 2012.
As long as you know what model PC you have or an approximate date you bought it, you have the answer to your question.
