Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not impressed on how I have to access the details required to contact support. There are no details ie Make, Model and Serial Numbers readily available as suggested in the question, 'How do I find find my product name and number? It doesn't work for me. The only way I can find the details required are taken from the list that appears after typing System Information. Even then, what appears is far from what I expect. What I find is System Name LAPTOP GJMRG6BV System Model HP Laptop 17-ak0xx. I have not got the foggiest idea where I would find the Serial Number if I was ever asked for it.
