Sorry, but there is nothing we can do from here to disinfect your PC -- that is something that can only be done onsite and we have no way to make that happen.
Your best bet, since you have PAID AV software is to contact their support forum and see what they suggest. They may be able to tell you how to run their product to remove the Browser infections.
