omen 15-en1000 (2T3A6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hey there, i'm new here. I recently bought a New Omen 15-en1000 (2T3A6AV) series with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and RTX3070.
But i encountered a Problem. With the Omen Gaming Hub I manually set the Fan curve that the RPM under load is between 2800 and 3200. The Temperatures of GPU and CPU are constantly between 70 and 75 C°. But after 5 mins with this Temperatures the Fans decide to ramp up to 4200 RPM until the Temperatures are under 50 C° again. If the 50C° aren't reached, the RPM stays at 4200. Even if its 51C°
I don't know whats wrong, but i think that this is not the purpose of manually controlling the Fans if they do what they want.

Thanks for your help!

Hi@DavidWeiser,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.
