I'm writing this post because I am having some issues manually updating my drivers. After downloading the SPXXXXXX.exe for a driver and running it, it goes through the installation process without issues, but when checking the driver version in the device manager, the old version is still there.I have to use the manual method because the new versions don't even pop up in the HP Support app. What am I missing here?
