HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0008ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A simple request, how to I force the cooling fans to 100% utilization.

Either through HP software or 3rd party software. I could care less how, just want to enable 100% cooling while in performance mode heavy operations.

HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0008ca

This laptop should not have been designed or released if it had such a significant overheating issue. And offering customer who paid for a powerful laptop, a thermal performance option in command center called comfort that essentially  reduces the CPU performance by half and what amounts to completely disabling the boost, which is where a large percentage of the laptops power resides.

CPU Specifications ; Total Cores 4 ; Total Threads 8
Processor Base Frequency 1.80 GHz < Comfort Mode on, max processing power.
Max Turbo Frequency 4.60 GHz < Completely wasted as a result of power cooling.

Bought an expensive laptop, that I thought was high end, with 4k display that performs like a cheap Chromebook at 1.8 Ghz.

-- FINAL NOTE --
- OS updated, drivers updated
- Firmware is latest

@UltraFluxc -- have you considered using this:

   https://www.amazon.ca/Cooler-Master-NotePal-Ultra-Slim-R9-NBC-XSLI-GP/dp/B005C31HC0/

as a "cooling pad" that sits underneath your laptop?
