Hello,

I have an annoying issue and I was wondering if there was any way to get around it. When I enter the BIOS and go to the power settings there, I am able to choose the option which maximizes battery duration, for when I need to take the laptop off of the charger for longer times. However, when I enter Windows 11 and the HP Power Manager app and go to "Battery Charge Manager", I do not have the option there to maximize battery duration at all. The only choices I have in the app are "Maximize my battery health" as well as "Let HP manage my battery". This means that whenever I want to maximize my battery duration, I have to turn off / restart my laptop, enter the BIOS and change the setting there, instead of being able to do it in the HP Power Manager app. This is quite inconvenient, since I will have to close all of the programs I have open etc. Is this how the app is for everyone else, or is my software / BIOS running an old version which is causing this?

Thanks in advance.
