I recently purchased HP Envy from Hp site with 1 year extended warranty and 3 years of Mcafee antivirus support. I haven't received anything regarding my credentials to activate the license. Neither the extended warranty is reflecting.
i tried contacting hp support but cannot get through it .
also i hadn't added the hp bag to my purchase and it was not included in perks . the bill shows the bag price added to the purchase instead of antivirus and warranty .
what are the next steps regarding claiming the warranty and antivirus support ?
