Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought the one year subscription to mcafee antivirus through HP care pack.  I am not able to upgrade my antivirus. I have with me the HP customer certificate for the purchase of the care pack.
I wanna know where can I get the product key. Also, if there's another procedure to activate the antivirus.
