Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I am using an HP victus laptop (Model: Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0053AX (6F9U1PA)) running Windows 11. Recently, my MediaTek Bluetooth adapter stopped working with the error:

"Windows has stopped this device because it is not working properly. (Code 43)"

What I have tried so far:

  • Disabled and re-enabled the adapter in Device Manager

  • Updated the driver via Windows Update

  • Uninstalled the adapter and let Windows reinstall it

  • Ran the Bluetooth troubleshooter

  • Checked for the latest Windows updates

Unfortunately, the problem persists. I use Bluetooth frequently, so this is affecting my workflow.

Could someone please guide me on how to fix this or provide the correct driver for my laptop model?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
