Actually I have preinstalled Microsoft 365 office but i'm faccing some error in audio driver thaty why i reset the laptop after that i can"t use Office 365

 The short version: 

When you first used your Office software, it should / would have been registered with Microsoft.

Contact Microsoft for help with your Office Products.

Relevant to Windows

 

If you have not done so,

Check - Consider letting Windows Updates include "other" Microsoft products

 

Example - Windows 11

Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options

Switch ON "Receive updates for other Microsoft products"

 

 

Microsoft Office - Product and License Information 

 

Open and Read

 Microsoft - Activate Office

And

 HP PCs - Activate Microsoft Office in Windows 10

 

 Activate Office using the Activation wizard

Includes “Activate after reinstalling or moving Office”
