I purchased an HP laptop that included in the price a one-year subscription to Microsoft 365. The app is installed on the device, but there does not appear any way to activate it. There is no product key, as it is "preinstalled", but when I click on the app, I don't get activation info, I get an invitation to purchase. Ideas?
