It's not Microsoft 365; instead, it's more likely Office 365 -- and the version that comes preloaded is a TRIAL version and is only good for a few months.
If you paid extra for a year's subscription, then you have to contact HP Customer Service to get this sorted out, as we here can do nothing about this.
