Hi All,
I have purchased 2 laptops a week back and I was promised a free Microsoft license for 1 year but no one from Hp is helping me with how to claim and enable the subscription. After sending emails, they just share few numbers and none of the numbers are working. I was not given any license key or something to activate.
Such a pathetic after sale service and I regret my decision to buy 2 laptops.
I have contacted Microsoft customer care and they confirmed that my invoice does not show Microsoft 365 subscription. I have the proof in my order confirmation email that the subscription is included. What could be my next step as HP is not helping?
Can someone help me please?
