Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased an HP laptop at the end of 2021.  As part of the purchase, I included Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student.  I do not have a physical product key (no longer provided y HP), but the product key should load or enter automatically.  It does not.  Customer service is telling me to sign up for their premium support for this issue. 

 

Any recommendations?  My computer shoes up in my Microsoft account, but not the Office 2019 subscription.  Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

this is not a model:

the requested product number must look like this
Product Number: 9EE50AA # ABA
the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb

Give the full version of windows

for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information
your problem could have a solution more quickly (depending on the difficulty, of course)
