HP Laptop 14s-dk0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my laptop from Amazon. It includes Microsoft Office Home and Student which is a one-time purchase product.

I started using it on 29th of October, 2020.

Now whenever I open word/excel/powerpoint it says that my Microsoft Office Home and Student product has expired.

How can this be if this is a one-time purchase product?

I also tried the cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus command in command prompt. It gave me this

The version of MS Office that comes automatically on HP laptop is indeed a trial version -- and from what you said, it looks like yours is one of those whose license now has expired.

Unfortunately, since this is an MS product, HP has no records of licenses -- so there is nothing we can provide you.

You would have to check with MS Office support to find out what they can do to reactivate your license.
