Hi, your laptop came with the Microsoft Office package pre-installed so when you changed the operating system it removed the office package from your system.
I feel you may need to purchase a copy of Microsoft Office 2019 at this point.
I saw the package on Amazon and I can share the link if you are interested in purchasing it.

Many of the HP products have a trial version pre-installed. If you were using the MS Office software, it most surely had to be registered, but if it was not registered - If it was just there and not used yet, then you can download it from MSOffice site or do as @CharlieItuah1 and purchase a copy.
If you did have a registered install, you can get the necessay download and reinstall from here
I'm not an HP employee.
