Can I get the activation key of Microsoft Office ® from HP®? Because HP laptop has provided me lifetime version of Office® free of cost, pre-installed with the OS.

Note: I am asking this because when I fixed the Office issues through online troubleshooting option, I was asked for associated email or any activation key. So, I was compelled to factory reset my PC so as to get back the pre-installed Office® .

Sorry, but HP keeps no records of individual MS Office keys associated with individual PCs.

 

You should have made a record of the key BEFORE you did the factory reset.
