Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb0000i (3B7Z9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought my PC and it does not give me the option to activate my Microsoft 365.  I thought this came with my PC and reading some other comments, I should just be able to activate.  The only option I have is to purchase.  I don't want to purchase if I already have it with my PC purchase.  What can I do to activate?

What is your HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb0000i (3B7Z9AV) machine ? Sounds like you have a TRIAL version on your machine and after 30 days or so you have to BUY a key from Microsoft to activate it.
