Hi all,

 

Experiencing some issues with Microsoft Store. Have tried troubleshooter, running DISM and SFC but it does not work still. Whenever I open it, it will load for 5 seconds and then close by itself. 

 

Any other solutions other than resetting to factory default?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your MS store on your Laptop.

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

 

1) Open Settings. (Windows Key + I)
2) Go to Apps -> Apps & features.
3) On the right side, look for Microsoft Store and click it.
4) The advanced options link will appear. Click it.
5) On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings.
6) Restart your PC

If it doesn't fix the issue please try reinstalling MS Store via PowerShell:

1) Right-click your Start Menu icon
2) Select Windows PowerShell (admin)
3) On the window that pops up, type Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} and press Enter
4) Reboot your PC
5) Check if the issue persists
