Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After updating to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 18363.476 aka Version 1909:

I had a problem with startup using an external monitor connected to my USB-C connected Dock. After I logged in to Windows 10.0 Version 1909, the external monitor screen would not display. I noticed that an update which was not listed under Windows Settings -> Update and Security -> Windows Update -> View Update History,

and instead listed under Windows settings -> apps and features.

So, I uninstalled KB4023057 and now the USB-C connected Dock successfully wakes up the external monitor and displays as intended after shutdown and restart.
