HI @Sikusir,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your Microsoft Office product has expired and you need assistance with the product ID or activation, here’s a guide to help you manage and resolve issues related to your Office product:
1. Find Your Product Key
For Office 2019/Office 2016/Office 2013:
Check Physical Packaging or Documentation:
- If you purchased Office in a physical box, the product key is often found inside the packaging or on a card.
Email Confirmation:
- If you purchased Office online, the product key might be included in a confirmation email from Microsoft or the retailer.
Microsoft Account:
- If you linked your Office product to a Microsoft account, you can check your account for product details.
- Visit account.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase Office.
- Go to the Services & subscriptions section. Here, you might see details about your Office subscription, including the product key.
For Office 365/Microsoft 365:
- Subscription Management:
- Microsoft 365 subscriptions do not use a traditional product key. Instead, they are managed through your Microsoft account.
- Visit account.microsoft.com/services and sign in to view your subscription details and renewal options.
2. Renew or Reactivate Office
Renew Office 365/Microsoft 365 Subscription:
- If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription that has expired, you can renew it through your Microsoft account.
- Go to Microsoft 365 subscription and sign in. Follow the prompts to renew your subscription.
Reactivate Office 2019/Office 2016/Office 2013:
- If you have a one-time purchase version of Office, you might need to reactivate it using the product key.
- Open any Office application (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Go to File > Account (or Help in older versions).
- Click on Change Product Key or Activate Product and enter your product key.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
