The general problem with apps like Teams and Zoom, is that they are essentially video streaming services -- and those place a LOT of demand on the laptop processors and the Internet bandwidth. If you are using WiFi instead of being connected via Ethernet to your router, that makes the situation even worse.
So, you need to see if you can connect directly to your router.
If that does not fix the issue, we can not help because since these are not HP apps, we have no way to debug issues with them or diagnose problems with them. For the Teams issue, you would have to contact Microsoft support.
