I also Updated my windows 8.1 64 bit updates still unable to install this microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable setup  it always failed - 0x80240017 - unspecified error!  PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO INSTALL microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable setup!!!   Thank you.
