I am thinking of migrating from Windows 11 to Linux Mint. I fair I deal with what steps I need to take but was looking for a migration plan in case I forgot something. What follows are my laptop specs.

 

I am also leaning toward partitioning the 4TB into a drive for the operation system and a drive for data.

 

Device name: Omen
OMEN Gaming Laptop 16-wf0083dx (A7QR7UA)
4TB Storage Drive C not partitioned.
8GB Graphic Card, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX
Installed RAM: 64.0 GB
64-bit operating system
Windows 11 Home
