Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

1. How do I migrate my Notebook running Windows 10 pro Os to run windows 10 Enterprise?

2. I enrolled for the Microsoft Windows Insider programme. I have received builds up to Version 1903, build 1842.8 and got stucked to this build. I have received notification that this build will expire by 05/07/19. What can I do to receive the next iteration? My updates got stucked at 70% for 4 days now.

I'm not aware of Enterprise insider builds -- I believe you have to be running Pro or Home.  But, you should check with this forum to find out:  https://www.tenforums.com/windows-insider/

I don't believe you can migrate to Enterprise, either, as you requires a commercial license to run that, as it is not available through other channels legally.  Once again, I would check with the forum I liked you to above.
