Hi:

 

For anything that W10 doesn't install, use the W8.1 drivers from the support page.

Try the W10 Universal webcam driver from the Probook 6470b...

 

This package contains an HP Universal Camera Driver to support the integrated webcams for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't have any idea how to install the phone...that isn't an HP issue.

Thank of lot for you answer Mr. Paul_Tikkanen,
i fix a webcamera problem. I have a problem wiht a  my laptop's usb slot cann't recognise  Sony Xperia with cable to change date. But my Sony Xperia work with another pc with windows 10 without install any software  perfectly,any idea ?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with the USB problem.

 

W10 has all of the USB drivers included, so there are no separate USB2 or USB3 drivers required.
