Missing HP drivers/software after windows 10 64 2004 update

Good day, I received my laptop from HP repair Centre and an update was made for windows 10 2004.

My laptop supports B&O, this is missing from my laptop( I have tried to reinstall it but its not supported).

Coolsense is also missing from my laptop. ( I have tried to reinstall it but its not supported) 

Important: without coolsense, will this impact my laptop gaming performance?

Currently I don't see any drivers for the updated windows 10 2004. Is there any way of resolving this? or a date when these drivers will be available?

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
                 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105738.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

 B&O Control panel should be under HP Audio Control or HP Audio Switch.

Apologies for the late response.

Thank you for your assistance. I have installed the driver and B&o appears but there is no icon to enable it. Sound is still the same and not enhanced. Please assist.
