I purchased a 2-yr McAfee antivirus plan via hp online. I was charged on my card but the transaction can't be traced in my hp account.  How can I retrieve the info for the mcafee to activate it?

I logged into my ho account and saw the pop-up for the McAfee plan purchase. I purchased a 2-year plan and now I can't seem to trace the transaction. No order number, no email just a debit alert on my card

Contact the company to track, find, or discuss your software purchase.

If the company cannot help, does not recognize your purchase, or is otherwise unable to discuss,

Contact your bank and cancel the transaction.

What?

It's always possible something went awry and McAfee does not know who you are.
