My 250 G4 laptop has always been missing a PCI controller driver ever since I bought it and installed windows 10 on it.
I tried re-installing the OS but to no avail, I tried installing every suggested driver there is for this product on this site but it didn't do it.
The only solution so far has been to just disable it, but I think it has something to do with usb ports (at least some of them) because I can't seem to safely eject my thumbdrives whenever I actually use them, without resorting to shutting the pc down.
I've read you need to know its hardware ID so here's the information:
Hope someone is able to understand what the problem is and help me, thanks.

See if this driver works...Restart the PC after installing the driver.
If that one doesn't work then this driver should...

No, don't install the second one.
The device you're missing is installed by the first or second driver.
If no drivers were installed, the device would be listed twice, so the driver you see newer than the second one I posted has already installed the second instance of that device.
Try a newer version of the chipset driver...

No, but go ahead and install the second driver I posted earlier.
Here is a discussion where I solved the same device with the same ID, but the driver I posted for that one was for Windows 7.
