I used Windows 11 until Monday when I formatted my laptop HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook, but now I can't find TPM. TPM is present on the device manager and no TPM in the security section of bios. The bios is up to date. Health check; TPM not detected. What could be the problem?

Does HP consider this a manufacturing defect? I have three HP laptops, and two are working okay. Only the HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC (281U3PC) has a TPM issue.
1. TPM is not on BIOS.
2. TPM is present on Device Manager
3 BIOS is up to date.
Secure boot is on.

Hello,
Welcome !
Could you elaborate ? Is it or is it not in the Windows Device Manager ? How about opening tpm.msc from the Windows search ? What's the status there ?
1. Please, hard reset / power reset your notebook by pressing and holding your power-on button for 15 seconds. Then repeat the procedure by pressing and holding your power-on button for 30 seconds. Here are instructions >> https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/ish_1997208-1551050-16
2. Confirm you are really on 01.19 BIOS version >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp156001-156500/sp156025.exe
3. Go to BIOS F10 -> Security tab ? Do you see TPM options there ?
While in the Security tab, could you press the "Restore Security settings to Default" button. Exit the BIOS and follow the on-screen instructions. After rebooting the PC, do you notice the TPM module in BIOS and/or Windows ?
Thank you.

Hello @Ezra989
Thank you for following the steps and for the prompt response.
Has anything changed in your "environment" recently ? Has the computer been repaired, any parts changed ?
Can you go to BIOS, choose F1 option (System Information) and take a picture / post it back here ?
Cheers,
IT_WinSec
