Hi!

I am performing IT maintenance on multiple computers in my building and have found this one laptop to be giving me trouble. It is missing the USB controller driver, which I am mostly focused on, and two other unknown devices. I've tried reinstalling the chipset drivers for this model, yet no luck. If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it! 🙂

You can find a photo here of the issue.

Hi, @Setherz6104

You need this driver for the usb controller.  1st file listed on the page. Install and restart the PC.

https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy4&os=Windows%207%20-%2064

Unknown SMB0001:

This package provides the driver that enables the Synaptics TouchPad in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The driver enables general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface.
