I purchased the 3 year warranty with this laptop that I've only had about a year, but I'm being told that the warranty is expired. I can see the 3 year warranty listed in the emailed receipt, but I don't see any other email delivered about it. When I do a warranty check on the HP site, it only shows what I'm guessing is their standard 1 year warranty that has expired. But there's nothing about my 3 year. Does anyone know what's going on here?
