Hi. I purchased an HP Envy about 7 months ago and had a lot of default apps that I used (mainly smart sense). I fresh-installed my laptop about 1 month ago, and once the fresh install finished, I noticed that all the default apps that came with the laptop during the purchase were missing. Also, whenever I try to install an app (for example, HP Command Center SDK), it installs but won't open. How do I get the apps that came with my laptop during purchase? Thanks!
