Missing details in config file

I have missing details in my config file. 

Back story: I had an issue with my HP Pavilion laption and sent it to a repair shop. It turned out to be a hardware issue but they actually made some software modifications including modifying my BIOS. Now, HP assistant doesn't recognise my device, my device doesn't have a MAC address and so many other information that should be in the config file are not available, affecting my ability to use the device. Does anyone know how I can get these details back?

Replacing the system board (and some other components) require also setting the laptop serial number and other ID's with a special HP software tool that is only available to HP authorized repair shops, so there is nothing you can do.

The repair shop has clearly failed with the repair with not following procedures, and you should ask them to fix the problem!
