HP Probook 4545s
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello,

I have a problem with missing driver, I think I have already found the correct driver (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-probook-4545s-notebook-pc/5229461/swIt...) but I can not install it properly.

There is always an error at the end of the installation (Error 1722, there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as
expected, contact your support. . .)

Please let me know if you have any suggestion to solve my problem.

Thank you

Best regards

Andreas Andronikidis

Yes, you are correct.

That is the driver you need.

There are a couple of revisions out there...give this one a try...

Hi:

Please post the hardware ID for the device you are trying to install the driver for.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID:

Hi,

according what I found on the web you provided me, the missing hardware ID is: ACPI\HPQ6000.

I search the internet  and find out that the missing driver should be a HP 3D DriveGuard 5, but Iam not able to find the driver on the internet, could you help me with that?

In case you find it, please post a link to download here.

Thank you
