Product: HP ProBook 640 G2 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello! I am having difficulty recognizing my sim card on my hp probook 640 G2. My system does not detect it or seems not to have the functionality installed. Can you provide me with instructions or advice to resolve this problem?

Hi:
In order for the sim card to work, your notebook must have one of the following WWAN adapters listed in the device manager under the Network adapters device manager category.
HP lt4120
HP hs3110
The mobile broadband option was pretty expensive and hardly any notebooks come with that feature.
