There are lots of PC monitoring tools, many of which support -- or are dedicated to -- temperature monitoring.

A couple of examples:

What you decide to install depends on your preferences, need, and risk-level-acceptance.

Risk-level-acceptance is simply deciding what to install on your computer and accepting the risk that installing anything at all may -- or may not -- provide the expected results.

Use your favorite search engine to search for "monitor PC temperature", "thermal management", or other keywords that make sense to you. 

Read what others say about the subject. 

Make sure your computer is backed up, that you have a viable Restore Point, that you have your most critical files backed up where you can get to them in the event that you trash your system -- and install what you like.
