Hello, I have had this issue with my computer ever since I first got it. It didn't bother me too much at first because I used to use a separate mouse more often. Now though I prefer to use the trackpad and it doesn't work well only when the laptop is charging. I can sometimes mitigate how much the pointer jumps around by applying pressure to the bottom of the laptop right underneath the trackpad. I don't prefer to do this since I have to apply a lot of force, and I don't want to damage anything. I can also sometimes mitigate it if I stick my finger into the USB or HDMI ports and touch the metal. This is not ideal either since the ports are on the right side of the laptop and I use my right hand on the trackpad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers several times, and I have run diagnostics on it through the BIOS and they always say it works perfectly even though I struggle to complete them. What should I do to fix this issue?
