Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi Team,

 

I have a HP laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV) and I don't know why the mouse or the touchpad freeze, only the keyboard works (sometimes).

I try to click and nothing, after a while sometimes starts working and then freezes again.

I already run all the the HP tests and one (mouse) that failed was the drag and drop ( the left worked but the right didn't)

 

this sintom started from Windows 10 but I upgraded to Windows 11 and I already uninstalled the mouse driver and in BIOS select the default .

 

Any ideas what can be?
