Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 (300N1AV)

The mouse/clickpad is working perfectly,I can see it moving. BUT the screen isn't responding to what I click.I can acsess the product info(E.G: Product info, Serial number,ect.) The only thing I can click are these:

 I can type in my pin when Logging in
