Microsoft Windows 11

Hello...

I have major mouse lag and stuttering on my laptop on WIndows 11 Home . I had this on Windows 10 Home as well.

That happens from time to time, but when it happens it is somehow permanent until i restart my laptop. I open Edge browser ( it happens with other browsers as well ) with several tabs open, and i open steam app to download a few games. Then the lag comes on the surface.

I contacted Microsoft and a tech guy connected to my laptop and did some updates. He updated the synaptic driver , HD driver, and bios driver.

The problem hasnt been fixed yet and he told me to contact HP to give me a more recent synaptic driver for my device for windows 11 Home propably.

I believe they wont do anything more from microsoft and its up to me and HP to fix it if possible.

Or fix it somehow with another way.

( I have a new Microsoft wireless mouse but i that problem occures with another HP mouse i have ,and i tried to change the wireless stick of the mouse to all the usb port of my TP Link hub and to embedded laptop's usb ports as well .

Can you help me please ?

Thanks in advance
